Position Overview:
Brent International School Manila is seeking a qualified and experienced Native-level English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher for the Middle School division. The ideal candidate will be passionate about language instruction, culturally responsive teaching, and fostering an engaging learning environment that supports students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality ESL instruction tailored to middle school students (Grades 6–8).

Assess students’ language proficiency and develop individualized learning plans to support language acquisition.

Integrate reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills into daily lessons.

Collaborate with subject teachers to support ESL students across the curriculum.

Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to students and parents.

Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.

Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, digital tools, and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
